1. Scope of Service

Our services support foreign companies and overseas founders in organizing their Japan market entry route, preparing for incorporation discussions, understanding banking readiness, considering office and local presence options, coordinating with relevant licensed professionals, and designing practical sales, marketing, and localization steps.

Our services are advisory and organizational in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, registration, labor, banking, or regulatory advice. When required, we help identify and coordinate with relevant licensed professionals.

2. Free Diagnostic and Paid Services

Free diagnostic services are provided for initial reference only. Results are indicative and do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

Paid consultation or project support will be proposed only after the scope, deliverables, fees, and conditions are confirmed in advance. Services begin only upon mutual written or electronic agreement.

3. Third-Party Fees and Costs

Fees for licensed professionals, government applications, translations, office services, bank-related procedures, or other third-party costs are not included in our service fees and may be charged separately. We will clearly communicate any expected third-party costs before they are incurred.

• Licensed professional fees (administrative scriveners, attorneys, tax accountants, etc.)
• Government filing fees and official application charges
• Translation, interpretation, and localization costs
• Office setup, virtual office, or address service fees
• Bank-related charges or other third-party service costs

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate and truthful information throughout the engagement
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in their home country and in Japan
• Making final business decisions at their own responsibility and judgment
• Notifying us promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect the scope of work

We accept no liability for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Compliance and Refusal of Service

We are committed to supporting only legitimate Japan market entry. We may decline to commence or may discontinue support at any time without prior notice if we identify any of the following:

• False or misleading information provided by the client
• Illegal purposes or intent to circumvent Japanese law or regulation
• Requests for nominee arrangements, address lending, or representative lending
• Requests for fund custody, capital preservation arrangements, or financial intermediation
• Attempts to form a paper company without genuine business substance
• Concerns related to money laundering, fraud, or falsification of documents
• Involvement with or connections to anti-social forces
• Any other compliance risk that we deem incompatible with our standards of practice
